[NLRS] Tropo opening August 20-24 and Sept 2-3, 2023

A few days ago, I put out a call for reports and log extracts from NLRS
operators who enjoyed the tropo opening.  Eight of you responded with
details and comments.

My original plan was to put all of the paths worked into one graphic. But it
got too busy. So I made up 8 graphics showing the activity the eight
stations experienced.  

I whipped up a webpage to show off the 8 graphics and included the comments
that were sent along to me. 

Boy, I missed a good opening. One drawback to not having a home station (and
depending on roving for most of my activity) is that it is so easy to miss
out on all the good openings.
