[NLRS] Monthly CW Sprint Reminder Friday October 20th

Tomorrow night is the monthly cw sprint, last month I forgot to send a reminder, we had one log entry in September from Bill Mitchell AE0EE. The rules are posted on the NLRS website.
I am slow in in getting the certificate out, plan to send it to Bill this weekend.
