[NLRS] W0AUS/b heard on 10GHz tropo

Hearing the BGA 2m beacon from EN34it with a good signal right now (WD9BGA/B 144.297 EN53ba).  Also hearing the N4PZ/B 432.320 EN52gb beacon at CW strength.
