[NLRS] Four things to do this Saturday May 13, 2023

Hello NLRS land.   I have combined the three recent announcements for radioactivity's this coming Saturday into one email; NLRS breakfast, Ham Radio Garage Sales, Hams In The Park, and the CSVHFS 6m Sprint.  Please see below.
1.  NLRS Breakfast:
The monthly breakfast is this Saturday, 13 May:  'odd-numbered' month, so the Golden Corral in MAPLEWOOD  Everyone is welcome... we don't bite - - honest.
The Golden Corral is located at 3000 White Bear Ave, Maplewood, MN 55109.  This is a small strip mall on the east side of White Bear Ave in the SE corner of White Bear Ave and Woodlyn Ave.  (Woodlyn is a block south of  County Rd 'D'.)  The Golden Corral is a bit hard to see, but the Aldi's Supermarket is very obvious... Golden Corral is next door to the east.
Start time is 0900 local.  Discussion has been know to last past 1030 or even 1100.  You are encouraged to bring 'show-n-tell' items: current projects, history, etc.  Just talking (complaining ?) about the weather gets boring.
Speaking of weather:  WX for Saturday looks reasonable for spring: 70% rain Friday night; 60% on Saturday (maybe a thunderstorm, too).  Temps mid 60's to mid 70's.  You can't do yard work, so come to the Breakfast and chat.

2.  Ham Radio Garage Sales

We are holding Ham Radio Garage Sales on Saturday , May 13 th from 8 AM till 12 Noon.

Dale and I are quite close to the NLRS breakfast location so stop in before or after having a great meal.  We stop at Noon so everyone can attend  the HAMS IN THE PARK  event at Long Lake Park in New Brighton on Saturday Afternoon.  Hope to see you at our events
