[NLRS] Propagation down to Nebraska from VE4

Good Morning All, 

The big Red Blob is extending up to VE3/ VE4 this morning from Nebraska. It is not showing yet into the MPLS area, looks like you have some WX, but expect it will be over there later this morning. 

I will be available on 2, 222, 432, 902, 1296 & 10G analog or digital
