[NLRS] CQ WW VHF Contest Log Submission Issues

Yes, there IS an error in the log uploader for CQ WW VHF and I'm
hoping it can be addressed as quickly as possible. It appears that the
'https://cqww-vhf.com/logcheck/' is confused about which is the "third
full weekend", thinking that it consists of 7/16 and 7/22, when it
*should be* 7/15 and 7/16.

Logs with contacts ONLY on the 16th are all being accepted as best I
can tell, but logs with QSOs on the 15th are being 'rejected' and I've
requested that the 'behind-the-website' folks for the CQ WW website family
(all VOLUNTEERS!) to correct this.

Please share this further if you can (I've already posted to
VHF_contesting).
