Hello NLRS land
We have a unique opportunity ahead of us. The Minnesota Section ARRL Convention is coming to the Mpls area on Saturday October 14th. We have been asked to provide several presentations related to weak signal VHF+ activities such as propagation, equipment, building, digital, EME, roving, antennas, microwaves, contesting, etc, etc. There are several one hour time slots open which would be broken down to roughly a 40 to 45 minute presentation allowing for ~ 10 minutes for any Q&A. This is a great opportunity for us to introduce a large number of Dakota Division hams to the World Above 50 MHz.
If you have a topic that you would like to present on at this Convention in October please drop me a note. Again, this is a great opportunity to inspire weak signal VHF newbies and to spread the gospel as to the fun of operating VHF weak signal.
73, JonW0ZQ
