[NLRS] Tropo

BGA/b is s2, little louder than my normal S0 to S1...


Looked at the long range forecast and mid to end of next week is setting 
up for possible tropo... Hepburn tropo forecast doesn't agree but the 
weather site I use tends to be accurate...
