Severe Ice Fog here as well in Northern Iowa.Yagis covered in joar (hoar) frost causing high VSRW. Ceiling here now down to 200 feet. To those whom may remember, it looks like the winter scene from Doctor Zhivago. Good copy on many signals today, but unable to TX. Copied Bill, KØAWU, two Duluth stations, Mel and several South of St. Louis earlier today. Looks like the sun may not make it in time.

Yagis have been iced up here (hoarfrost) since before the beginning of the contest with SWR too high to operate. No sun forecast until Monday.
Good luck to the ops without icing condx!

Antenna elements are getting fat, SWR on 1296 is to high already, 6
meters is getting there... 2m is still working for now. Visibility down
to 200 feet so it is dense.
Makes the 9th day in a row of ice fog and frosted up antennas!
Will see what tomorrow brings...
