[NLRS] 2m Is Up!

I often monitor 2m FT8 and will automatically reply if I copy you.  I am 
in EN54sh.   Normally I have my beam pointed about 130 
degrees...although right now it is still at 190 degrees following a rag 
chew with Ron W9ZIH on 222 and 1296.
