Please join us on October 18th at 7:30pm CST in welcoming VHF/UHF/microwave
enthusiast and contester Dave Olean, K1WHS, to our club. He will be
presenting on maximizing performance when stacking multiple VHF antennas on
one mast.

Dave was first licensed in 1962 and was active on VHF chasing DX with a 10
watt AM transmitter. After college, he joined the US Army and served in the
SIgnal Corps for several years and was discharged as a Captain in 1972.
Dave was employed by Cushcraft Corporation from 1979 thru 1989, then with
Austin Antenna for a few years before founding Directive Systems. Directive
Systems's products are strictly VHF and microwave designs for amateur and
commercial customers. Dave owned and operated Directive Systems for about
23 years up until he retired in 2013. In retirement, his activities are
divided between ham radio and fly fishing.

Please see below for Zoom details and invite link. Guests are always
welcome to attend.
