[NLRS] Ic-251a mic

I was curious if anyone could suggest a good contest microphone for an Icom IC-251A 2m all mode. It I guess takes a 1.3k ohm preamplified dynamic mic (ic-HM7) as a stock one. (Don't have one at this point).I would prefer Heil, but I'll stick with stock or a good or better replacement mic.
