[NLRS] Testing again, please ignore

When I tweaked the settings the other day, I screened out "plain text"
messages which, actually are our most preferred format.  But if this test
makes it through, then those of you sending "plain text" will have your
messages get through the next time you try.

 

I just overtweaked the settings a bit.  Should be all better now.
