[NLRS] EN38 144.2 power hour

At the request of Mary I'm going to get on 144.2 at 7pm tonight and see
what I can work from up north in en38 on ssb. I have a 12 element lfa at
50ft over looking the lake and 1400w or so on ssb.

Look for to some ssb action.
