[NLRS] FT8 watering hole frequencies on VHF, UHF, SHF ?

Hi all,

XXX.174 has been the standard. You can add/edit your drop down frequencies
by File->Settings->Frequencies tab. For instance, scroll down, double click
on 222.065000 and change it to 222.174000.
