[NLRS] CQWW VHF July 16 - 17

I hope to be a Hilltopper from contest start to about 6 pm. I have to be
back home at about 7:30 pm. I'll be in EN50rl. I am hoping that I can make
some CW/SSB QSO's. The June VHF contest was very disappointing here.
