[NLRS] Fwd: [Sbms] End of 3456 MHz

We knew it was coming and here it is.

There was talk of doing a VUCC session on 3456 previously. Do we want to
do it before April 14th or do we all switch to 3400 and wait for that to
go too?

The other question is how many of us actually have equipment for the
band? I managed to work Gary, GHZ, on Sunday from my second story
shooting out the window. Signals haven't been the same since we upgraded
the windows.

Per ARRL's FCC Counsel:

This morning the FCC confirmed that amateurs are required to cease operating
in the 3.45 - 3.5 GHz segment by April 14 . . . . Secondary operation is
permitted to continue indefinitely on 3.3 - 3.45 GHz, pending expected
future FCC proceedings.

RIP 3.456
