[NLRS] ZL opening

I have worked ZL a couple of times on SSB... Wait for F2 to pick up,
solar flux is still a bit low for good openings. Listen on 10m for a
hollow echo sound on US stations, it is a good indication of F2, there
used to be a spot on 10m where 6m operators gathered waiting for F2
openings to somewhere instead of the water...
