[NLRS] 2m decent conditions

Heard some of the locals on SSB, called on CW quite a bit with no response.  Two new grids on the slide whistle mode: EM09 and EN00.

 

Time for some repairs – my 50a Astron PSU cannot power my 170w 2m brick.
