I just downloaded the most recent FCC CFR47 Part 97 (Amateur Radio Service
rules) valid as of July 28, 2022. Under Part 97.301, there is no notation
whatsoever of a 9 cm band (3.4 GHz). It looks like we have now lost that
band completely.
