[NLRS] June VHF Contest: New Analog Only operating category

Zack -

If I enter, I'll enter this category.  I was getting back into VHF and
going to build a really big station and get on the air in a big way.  Now
I'm figuring out what I really want to do.  I may only keep a couple bands
and work the few folks left on SSB & CW.
