Very interesting.  Thanks for the research figuring out what it was.

I was sure fooled that there were two signals talking to each other.
I wonder if it uses multiple Tx power levels?

Pretty sure it was 2000 Hz wide too but maybe there are different ways
of indicating the Contestia mode vs bandwidth.  I'm not familiar with
that mode (yet).
