[NLRS] 2M issues at N0AKC

I am having issues with my 2M antenna at 80 feet, which really curtails 
my ability on the band.  Not sure what is going on up there, but can't 
do anything about it this weekend.  My 2M EME array is working fine, but 
at 20 feet off the ground the range is limited to about 150 miles or 
so.  The guys I worked in the Twin Cities this evening were very loud on 
it.  Not much luck finding W9FZ/KA9VVQ though.

Will continue struggling with it tomorrow morning and see who else I can 
work.  Once the moon comes up I will probably go back to working EME.

On the bright side my 902 & 1296 equipment is working well again and 
even made one Q on 2304.  Unfortunately the IF band switch isn't working 
so I have to swap the IF cable between bands, but I am willing to do 
that.  Now if I can just make one Q on 3456....
