Generally, rule (at least for VUCC) is that to give out two (or more grids) you have to 
have a physical presence in each of those grids; in other words, "on the grid line" as you 
have stated.  Also, generally, you have to provide evidence that your station is where you 
say it is.  Pictures of, say the antenna on the grid line and/or the operating position in 
one grid and the antenna in the other should be sufficient.  A picture of your GPS 
*LATITUDE and LONGITUDE* display (and not the Maidenhead grid display) establishes where 
you are.  A quadrangle map with the position marked should also work.

Really, though, I don't think it'll be a problem.
