Hi guys



Bob has been a member of the new CAC VHF subcommittee and suddenly he went
silent. So I called him today to see how he is doing. His wife answered and
was fairly upset.



Seems that Bob had put up a ladder on a tower guy wire to remove some
branches. It was dark and he fell. I may not have this exactly right but
she called 911 and he was taken to a hospital and then airlifted to Iowa
City.



Not sure of all the injuries but he is doing physical therapy to get back
on track. He is not eating well, so still some investigation is in the
works.



You might give some thoughts and prayers for Bob. I wouldn't call his phone
as his wife will answer and she is pretty upset right now. You might drop a
card if you feel so inclined. You can also try email but so far mine and a
few others have gone unanswered.
