I just went through another container in the closet and found additional 
chip components so I'll add them to the list. Mostly chip caps (3.3, 5, 
27, 33, and 330pf, plus 1 and 10uf), five 16nH inductors, and  resistors 
(10, 33, 51 and 100 ohms). Also thrown in are five 78M05 SMD three 
terminal regulators.
