I use a Bird Termaline Model 6154 wattmeter I picked up at a hamfest for
$15. It covers 0 to 150 watts and 25 to 1000 MHz. It is usable at 1296 with
less accuracy. No slugs needed.

For SWR I am using a RigExpert AA-600 antenna analyzer. It covers all ham
bands through 432. I also have been using a NanoVNA H4. It covers up to
1500 MHz. I have used it to align antennas and filters at 902 and 1296 MHz.
