[NLRS] VHF spreadsheet - don't change other's data please

Besides Rich's problem of going to the wrong spreadsheet, someone has 
been messing with the data - and more than once.  PLEASE, stay out of 
the header rows and any of the rows that are already used. Enter your 
data in the next open line, and leave everything else alone!
