[NLRS] 6M Opening

Yep, we've got one. In fact we splurged and bought the fancy 
plate/u-clamp assembly that has the proper angles between between Moxon 
spreaders predetermined so even *I* can't make a mistake on assembly. 
Unfortunately the only place we can put the antenna has the brick 
3-story building blocking the path to EU and the east coast. :<(

We have the long-wire down and are making measurements with the NanoVNA 
to see where the problem is. Hopefully it'll be back up and properly 
operational in a couple of hours.
