[NLRS] Fwd: Update on Terry W8ZN of Directive Systems

A reminder of the importance of always wearing a harness. Surprised a
tower-experienced guy did not have one on with an appropriate two-point
attachment to something fixed on the roof/tower. Even though my roof is
asphalt shingles and the same fall would be 13', it's still 13' too much.
Harnesses are not expensive on Amazon and other places, and much less than
medical bills obviously. Some harnesses actually have a suggested
expiration date too in case yours is dated. Good climbing ropes are similar
in that you should consult the recommended service life and not exceed it.
