[NLRS] Two-Meter Classic Sprint (or is it a DASH?)

With the time shortened to 30 minutes, it sounds like more of a DASH, than
a Sprint. (Though did I read that the 'test run' on April 24th, was from
1300Z to 2300Z, which sounds like TEN hours to me but the write up on the
fwrc.info web page says it was NINE hours?)
Single Band (2 meters) and allowing only 'classic' modes (SSB/CW) seem like
positives.
Allowing Rovers positive but rovers having to remain in a grid square for
10 minutes before moving to another takes away a little...hope that the
rover can find spots close to a grid border (or corner). BUT is it *worth*
setting up a rover for a half hour contest?? (If I just go with my loop
antenna on the CoROVERolla...maybe?)
Question - can a station be worked on BOTH CW and on SSB? Since cross-band
is not allowed and specific frequencies are listed for CW (144.050-144.100)
vs. SSB (144.200-144.270), maybe? But will a station be penalized if they
make an SSB QSO on 144.190? Or if they make a CW QSO on 144.210?
I'm planning to give it a shot this Saturday (June 5th, 2021) - that's 8
a.m. to 8:30 a.m. local for us in the Central Time Zone (at least while we
remain in Daylight Savings Time...could be rough in November and December
at 7 a.m. local).
