[NLRS] Free 10GHz dish in Scandia, MN

This listing is for a free HughesNet satellite Internet dish available
from the owner at his home in Scandia, MN. Scandia is east of Forest
Lake, MN on the Wisconsin border. I have never seen one of these in
person, but it does look like it is larger than our usual DSS dishes
but probably still less than 1 meter. This is the dish only, no feed.
