[NLRS] Activity spreadsheets for CQ and 222&Up contests

Hello NLRS land:

I'm going to try and spend some time on the air for the contest this 
weekend, but my top priority this weekend will be trying to work KA6U on 
222 EME.  Peter is out on the road on a three month long EME expedition 
activating many states on 2M and 222 EME.  This weekend he is activating 
CT & RI, both of which I need on 222.  #2 priority is going to be 
looking for missing FFMA grids on 6M as I am down to nine to go and if 
there is decent 6M propagation to the west coast some of those might be 
active.  And my grandkids are visiting this weekend so I need to spend 
some time with them.

Moonrise today is around 2PM, so best time to find me will be the first 
hour of the contest and early evening tonight.
