[NLRS] 2m today

[Rich Westerberg]

We need to get through tropo season and the Perseids.  Then it's time for
AU season in the fall.  Since we're headed up into the new cycle, there
should be more solar activity.  Hopefully that will turn into some flares
and geomagnetic storms.  Then the fun begins!
