[NLRS] 2m eE-skip opening 7/14

Fun opening, 17 contacts! Opening for me started around 17:00z and faded out
around 19:30Z one of the longest 2m e-skip openings I have ever worked!

Opening was shifting around quite a bit, heard guys east of me really
getting into it then it would pop open for me for 20-30minutes then fade
down again. Constant low level signal rumble pointed out that way!
