Well, I thought something had to be wrong when Jerry had been absent 
from any online discussions for so long.  He was an amazing fountain of 
knowledge, and I was always impressed with the effort that he would make 
to research whatever question someone would come up with on any of 
several email reflectors.  Not always fully appreciated, but really a 
remarkable resource.  He will not be forgotten!  RIP, Jerry.
