[NLRS] WD9EXD EM57 Jan VHF contest

Hi Marshall,

It looks like if all goes well I will be active on Sunday from EN50rl. So
point your antennas north now and then.

I will have 144, 222, 432, 1296 and all higher bands through 10 GHz.
QRP-Portable (10 watts on all bands but 10 GHz). CW and SSB only.
