[NLRS] January VHF contest plans

I will be on from Karlstad (EN18) in a very part-time effort. With just 
the long-wire as an antenna I doubt I'll accomplish much unless the band 
opens. I probably won't operate SSB and will divide my time between CW 
and FT8.

Since the VHF contest runs concurrent with the SSB NAQP on Saturday, a 
majority of my activity will be on Sunday.
