[NLRS] Aurora 2021

I vote for a Zoom business meeting in April.  I suspect we can take care of
the "business agenda" in one hour.
I am willing to host the online business meeting.
I endorse an outdoor gathering this summer for an antenna range and
car-trunk-to-car-trunk swap.
Perhaps we gather before the 220 & Up contest weekend?
