[NLRS] Need some help listening for a 2m signal

I think I just heard it at 09:11 local. It was only present for less
than a minute. It was S9 here on my FT736 and 2m horiz yagi at 40',
looking southwest, 205 degrees.

It actually sounded like a digital voice (Fusion, DSTAR, DMR) like signal
to me even though the rig was in USB mode. I didn't get a chance to
put the receiver into FM mode before it quit.

oh-- now it's back at 09:15. Wow, in NBFM mode, it's S9+40 here.
Definitely a digital voice signal. Also peaks at 205 to 210 degrees
from here.

Does not decode with my Yaesu Fusion gear so might be one of the
others.

Quit now at 09:18.

This might be someone's digital voice repeater gone wonky-- or, someone
running a personal repeater/hot spot thing, at super high power, on a
frequency they thought would be "unused".
