[NLRS] 144 milliwatts source

I have acquired an older Parabolic brand transverter 144mhz in and 1296 out. It requires a max 100mW input to the xverter as it doesnt have an attenuated. Does anyone have any suggestions on a 144mHz source transceiver that would work well for this. I want to stay on preferably an older 2m single band all mode mobile platform for rover work. 
And if anyone has any rig meetingvthis application that might want to part with it, let me know. 
I might just be on 5 bands in June in rove mode, tho this will only be a 3watt band. Weak compared to the others. Thanks.
