[NLRS] WSJT-X and new mode FST4

Hello NLRS land
Many of you may be aware that there is a new release of WSJT-X that includes a new mode called FST4 (not to be confused with FT4).   Looks to have (significant?) application in VHF+ including EME.  While reading about it, this comment caught my eye; "As just one example: VK7MO and VK7ZBX have had good success with non-line-of-sight optical scattering communication over obstructed paths as long as 43 km, using LED arrays and FST4W."
