[NLRS] NO Sept Breakfast

A little late with this, but I suspect you all knew the situation anyway...

As usual for September, the ARRL VHF Contest is the 2nd weekend so the NLRS monthly 
breakfast WOULD HAVE
been held a week "early" on the FIRST Saturday.

However, things aren't back to the way they were, so THERE IS NO NLRS
BREAKFAST (again) this month.

Doug, N0NAS checked with the Golden Corral and while they are open, they don't serve 
breakfast, etc.

Maybe next month...  stay tuned.
