[NLRS] The New (AB)Normal?

John - It is frustrating to see all the spots on DX Maps and also hear the
activity on 50.313 and then call and call and call on .125 with only a few
responders. I've got 100 watts and four elements so I know I can do it.
I've got all 50 states and 41 countries with SSB and CW but I fear the
quest for DXCC on SSB/CW will never happen.

I'm going to wade slowly back into VHF. I've got an FT991 and also an
FT736. I was going to get the 222 module for the 736 so I'd have the lower
four bands all set. Grab amps and preamps for the bands and be ready. I
think right now I'll focus on 50 & 144, get decent power and good antennas
and then see if activity warrants me spending the money on the next two
bands.

A good test will be the June Contest coming up in a few weeks. I'm hoping
for good activity then!
