[NLRS] June VHF contest

Hi All -

I've got an FO-12 on the way so I'll have 6M and 2M running with low power
(4 ele on 6M and 12 ele on 2M).  No amps yet but I'll have CW.  No
permanent antenna on 432 yet.  Slowly working on adding pieces to the
station.  I'll be on to add a few QSO's to everyone.
