These amplifiers do need 24 vdc at 15 amps.  A number of NLRS guys are using these.

I inquired and was told the price is €156, or about $172 at today's 
exchange rate. Quite a good price.

Unfortunately the Bulgarian Post is NOT operational so shipping at a 
reasonable rate is impossible. Hristiyan (LZ5HP) said it is hoped 
shipping can resume in 2 to 3 weeks.
