How much do you want to spend?
Q5 (use to be made by DownEast) has a beautiful but pricey 902 transverter.
I did find this one on eBay .... supposedly designed for a Flex radio, but it should work just fine with any 28 MHz transceiver as long as you can adjust the power. Looks like 100mW out on 902, but only $65. I only run 25 watts on 902 and its works marvelous, one of the better rover bands.
