[NLRS] Bands on the bubble - 3456 and 5760 MHz ?

Regarding 3456, the FCC Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPR) appeared in the Federal Register with a comment window of February 21, 2020 to March 23, 2020.   I believe the comment window is closed.   The proposed rules would remove us from this band, see https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/FCC-19-130A1.pdf
With the FCC's comment window closed, I am not sure of what the FCC timeline may be, but it will probably be quick, like this summer, and the odds are that we will loose the band.  There are comments and discussion to allow us amateurs a spectrum lower in that band, comments including those from the League in opposition to the NPR.  However, I am afraid that economics, technology, and our commercial love for gadgets that "help" our lives will win out here.
Less sure on the 5760 NPR as that is more of a spectrum shift for various users of that band vs 3456 where they are just removing us outright.
Anyone else with better news or corrections?

Subject: [NLRS] Bands on the bubble - 3456 and 5760 MHz ?

Does anyone have any recent information as to how long we'll be able to
operate this year on 3456 (9 cm)?

Also, other than the current interference, what is the threat level (band
loss potential) of 5760 (6 cm)?
