[NLRS] Bands are Up

Hi Matt, 

Conditions looked good earlier today here as well..sorry I did not think of you. I did look for the MPLS 222 beacon which I have never seen before, but nothing. 

I expect conditions will be good again tomorrow morning and certainly would be willing to try on 222 or other bands. 

Looks like summer morning enhancements will be with us for a while now
