Operated from home and didn't hit this one very hard. It didn't help that
for a good portion of Saturday evening my neighbor had their RF noise
generator on giving me S7 noise on the weak-signal part of the band (when I
can barely hear anything at S3). 5 W and crummy indoor antennas make it a
tough slog, especially since I didn't hook up digital.

73,
  Bill

Comments:

5 W, J-pole indoors in an apartment in the urban canyons of Minneapolis.

With COVID-19 raging, I stayed home and operated with a barely-on-the-air
station. It was good enough for a few contacts around town. I heard KA0RYT
pretty well a few times, possibly on aircraft scatter---the signal dropped
quickly and he didn't seem to respond to me.

Thanks for the contacts, and I hope to hear lots of VHF+ activity for Field
Day!
